Sessions can feel like such an energetic release, letting go of what no longer serves us. They can also feel like a filling up. Calling in all our energy back to us and channeling source and earth energy to recharge us.

 

I am a clear channel to relay to you the deep wisdom in your body and soul. We can go in and ask any questions you have about our physical body, emotional patterns, relationships, journey in life or anything you want to lean into. The body is constantly speaking to us. With deep love and curiosity I will listen and relay the information to you.
